Our Policy
Minimum Order
- Minimum quantity per item applies, check the minimum quantity per item
- Minimum ten (10) items per order.
Quality Control Managment
in the process of handling the order, three steps will be adopted to manage the production quality.
- Purchasing materials
- Production Management: maintaining a close look at the production stage to ensure best quality.
- Product Packageing: Dedicated people for quality checking of each individual item to ensure best quality before labelling each product.
Subject to change!
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, materials and colours are subject to change. If so, the new changes information will be passed to the customer
for review and to provide feedback. Customers can then choose alternative colors or materials
- None of the required colors or materials will be changed by our staff, all changes must be approved by the customer.

In order to weed out serious and non-serious customers, we have the following rules on sampling requests:
- For first time customers, order must meet our minimum order requirement as stated in the section "Minimum Order".
Once the order and deposit payment have been confirmed, samples will be sent out for client’s inspection as requested
- For existing customers, we can provide free samples for items that are in stock.
Packing
- All products will be packed and barcoded under our trade mark “sooya” unless customers have their specific requirements.
- Each item will be well packed and barcoded, 12 pcs in one package.

Bubble-wraps is highly recommended for packing to maintain goods in good condition. Each layer will use bubbles to separate and protect goods.

Carton box 45 cm* 35cm* 35 cm, materials: 5 layers cardboard paper.

Larger packing box will not be recommended, heavy weight might cause some unnecessary damages.
If customers require their own label and barcode, they need to provide:
• The required labels and barcodes, recommended file format: TIF or Adobe Photoshop PSD file or JPG file
• Other information such as the color, pattern and the size of each label.
• Minimum 5000 pcs per label design.
• Once we have all the above details, price quotation will be sent to the customer once requested.
Payment
- All payment should be made in US dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to our customer.
- 30% deposit need to be prepared after placing an order with us. The remaining payment shall be paid in full upon goods when ready for delivery.
- Bank charges (fees) must be paid by buyer. We should receive full amount without deductions.
Shipping Details
- It is very important to read and understand the shipping information carefully to avoid confusion when placing an order. Our policies are in place to protect our customers and ensure we provide the best customer service.
- For small orders, production time 15 to 20 days.
- For larger orders, production time 20 to 30 days.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control such as public holidays and other matters that might have an impact on the production time, the above period might take longer and in such event, the customer will be notified immediately

Tracking an Order
- After the dispatch of the shipment, we will provide a tracking number to our customer; transit progress can be tracked on the respective freight company's website. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch.

- SOOYA PTY LTD is committed to protect the privacy of our customers. We do not share personal information provided by site visitors with any third party. In particular, we do not rent, loan or sell mailing lists of site visitors to anyone.
