Advanced Tasks (Bulk Updates)

If you need to update custom price level and discount for lots of items, use this feature to update all required items at once.

This feature allows you to bulk update prices, such as increase or decreasing current prices by your preferred percentage, and updating products discount or removing a discount.

You should be careful when deciding to increase or decrease your current prices, as even if you use the same percentage value to go back to before making changes, it will not match the original prices unless you consider the new percentage after making the changes!

Bulk Updating Discounts

Follow the next steps to bulk update products' discount:

1. Access the Product from the application menu
2. Click Advanced Tasks
3. The advanced tasks window appears
• Product Search type the keyword to search and click the search icon

To reduce the number of matching products, use specific keywords to list the required products only.

• Select Discount
• Select the discount type that you would like to apply:
• $ - fixed dollar discount, fixed amount will be added to each selected product
• % - percentage discount, a percentage discount value will be added to each selected product
• DEL - use this option when you need to remove an existing discount from products



• Once you have selected the required discount type, enter the discount value
• Select one or more products by placing a check mark next to the product name

To select all displayed products, click on the checkbox on the header bar next to the product heading.

4. Click Update

Bulk Price Update

Follow the next steps to bulk update increase or decrease products' prices:

1. Access the Product from the application menu
2. Click Advanced Tasks
3. The advanced tasks window appears
• Product Search type the keyword to search and click the search icon

To reduce the number of matching products, use specific keywords to list the required products only.

• Select Price
• Select the price type that you would like to apply:
• Increase - use this option when you want to increase selected products' prices
• Decrease - use this option when you want to decrease selected products' prices



• Once you have selected the required price type, enter the price percentage

Price increase or decrease can only be updated by a percentage of the increase or decrease.

• Select one or more products by placing a check mark next to the product name

To select all displayed products, click on the checkbox on the header bar next to the product heading.

4. Click Update
