Customers' Accounts
This is a paid feature, talk to our customer service.
Manage your customers account:
- Deposits - record customers' deposits - multi currency
- Withdrawal - record all withdrawals from customer's account
- Exchange - process an exchange transaction
- Transfer - process a money transfer transaction
Openning an Account
Follow the next steps to create an account for a customer:
- Access the Finance from the application menu
- Click Customers Account
- Click
- The new transfer window appears
- Search search for an existing customer
- Account Details enter the new account number the starting date
- Customer Details enter customer's information such as name and contact details
- Address Details enter the address details
- Identification enter customer's identification information
- Click
All bold fields are required and must be provided.
You can link the new account to an existing customer or add new customer.
Managing Customer's Account
With every account, you can:
- - view an account
- - close an account
- - print account summary
- - delete an account
Viewing Customer's Account
A list of all current currency credit or debit summary is displayed, click to view the selected currency account transactions.
Transactions
Use the transactions feature to manage all account transactions such as deposits and Withdrawals
Follow the next steps to manage the account transactions:
- Access the required account
- Click
- Transfer Type select the transaction type, debit or credit
- Description enter a transaction description - optional
- Reference enter a transaction reference - optional
- Currency select the transaction currency
- Amount enter the transaction amount for the selected currency
- Date enter the transfer date
- Payment select the transaction's payment type
- Click
- Updating a transaction - click to update selected transaction
- Deleting a transaction - click to remove selected transaction
All bold fields are required and must be provided.
Currency Exchange
When you sell or buy a currency using the customer's account, make sure to select Customer Account in the Payment type field
You must ensure that customer has enough funds to complete the transaction.
Once recorded, the currency exchange transaction can not be updated.
Quick exchange is excluded from this feature.
Money Transfer
When a customer sending money using the available funds in customer's account, make sure to select Customer Account in the Payment type field
You must ensure that customer has enough funds to complete the transaction.
Only outgoing transfers are supported.
