With every customer, you can:

Sanctions Checking

MoneyXpress Pro offers a built-in feature to check customers against sanctions list such as DFAT and OFAC. Every time you record transfer or currency exchange transaction, selected customers are automatically checked against sanctions list

Follow the next steps to manually check against sanctions list:

  1. Access Customers from the application menu
  2. Click Manage Customers
  3. Click the Edit button under the Action column next to the customer that you would like to check against sanctions list
  4. The customer's details window appears
    • Click Profile tab
    • Click
    • Sanctions list verfication appears, check the status of the verification
      • No Match - no match found
      • Partial Match - similar names were found
      • Exact Match - an exact name was found

      You should check your AML rules on how to deal with sanctioned customers or talk to your compliance officer.

Removing Attached ID

When an attached ID is no longer needed, you should manually remove the attached ID as below:

  1. Access Customers from the application menu
  2. Click Manage Customers
  3. Click the Edit button under the Action column next to the customer that you would like to remove the attached ID
  4. The customer's details window appears
    • Click Profile tab
    • Click
    • Confirm the delete process
    • Deleting ID will permanently remove the ID copy.

Updating a Customer

Click the Edit button under the Action column next to the customer that you would like to update

Deleting a Customer

Click the Delete button under the Action column next to the customer that you would like to remove

Customers with transfers transactions, exchange transaction, and other type of transactions can not be deleted.

Moving Transactions Between Customers

In rare event you might add the wrong customer to a transaction, MoneyXpress Pro allows you to assign the transaction to the correct customer without having to delete it then re-create new transaction.

Moving transaction applicable to outgoing transfers only.

Follow the next steps:

  1. Access Customers from the application menu
  2. Click Manage Customers
  3. Click the Edit button under the Action column next to the customer that you would like to remove the attached ID
  4. The customer's details window appears
    • Click Transaction Hisotry tab
    • Find or search for the required transaction
    • Click
    • The move transaction window appears
      • All bold fields are required and must be provided.

      • Search search for the new customer and select the required customer from the search result
      • Beneficiary select the new customer's beneficiary
      • Beneficiary must be added prior to moving transaction.
