Bank Accounts
A default bank account is automatically added when you joined MoneyXpress Pro, you should update the account details for payment purposes
Multiple bank accounts can be added to manage business payments and expenses
Adding a bank account
Follow the next steps to add a bank account:
- Click the Setup menu
- Click Bank Accounts menu
- Click
- The add bank account window appears
- Title enter a bank title
- Bank Name enter the bank name
- Account Name enter the bank account holder's name
- BSB & Account number enter the bank's bsb and account number
- Currency select the bank account's currency
- Customers Payment Display use PayID or BSB and account number
- Starting Balance enter the current balance of this bank account
- Type use where the bank account resides, local or overseas
- Click
Local bank accounts are used for receiving and paying locally, overseas bank accounts are used for overseas payments
Updating Bank Details
Click the Edit button under the Action column next to the bank account that you would like to update
Deleting a Bank Account
Click the Delete button under the Action column next to the bank account that you would like to remove
Bank accounts linked to transactions can not be deleted and protected by the system for data integrity purpose.
